By accessing UAE Tokenized RWA ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and contributors accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction worldwide.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UAE Tokenized RWA, its founders, editorial team, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on Platform content, or investment decisions informed by Platform content. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability — contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UAE Tokenized RWA, its founders, editorial team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, specifically the Canton of Vaud. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vaud, Switzerland. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
Force Majeure
The Platform shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, blockchain network disruptions, internet infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks.
Modification and Contact

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty days following written notice of the dispute. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. The parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these terms or any transaction contemplated by them. Each party shall bear its own costs in connection with dispute resolution unless the court orders otherwise.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings regarding the subject matter. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination of these terms.
